We will have our last session on Friday night at Ringwood from 5.45pm to 7.30pm it will be Hitting and some Base running only no throwing , I will have the Playing Tops then and the uniform is Grey pants, Green belt and Green or Black Undershirt

The players will need to be at Frankston by 8.15am to be ready to warm up at 8.30am, we have a Manager, EO and Scorers meeting at 8.45am
